Mar 02, 2026"One of the most under rated restaurant in France. Exceptional service, food, wine and ambiance. Truly astonishing craftsmanship down to the smallest detail, innovation and surety of taste to combine different food varieties to form a convincing, almost overwhelming, experience. There is a very good balance of tradition, innovation and experimental cooking that results in very exciting and superb dishes, exceptional in every aspect. Will come back and highly recommend this hidden gem!"
